New episodes on their way. I'm done being the bystander. We're going to finish what we started.

I miscalculated. Staying quiet. Laying low.

It was him all along.

Sorry for the wait, I've had to overhaul my cybersecurity before I could upload anything else. I'm keeping a close eye on any sign of Adam, but if he's managed to track down John from a single internet video, then I should be far more careful about what I put out onto the internet about myself. That means IP addresses, passwords, using the same information in multiple places, scrubbing the metadata from images and videos I upload, and so on.

I think I've covered my tracks well enough, though. Welcome to Season Two.

Everybody get looking for any information on truecrimeanon@protonmail.com. Don't all send him emails at once, we don't want to frighten him off. He clearly knows more than he's letting on.

And as for Adam... I'm not so sure about this anymore. I'll keep going with this project for the time being, but he seems more resourceful than I first realised, and it's frightening to think that he's still at large.

Still no reply from my anonymous tipper. It looks like the trail has gone cold, looking for Adam Norwich. Even so, the videos I made have been getting some attention from people outside of the True-Crime community lately, so there's a chance that we'll get a lead from somebody at some point. I've got a couple more videos to upload still, but I'm starting to think that this is beyond my scope.

I don't really know what I expected. It's just that I got so close...

Oh. My. God. With the help of somebody who would prefer to remain anonymous, I've uncovered something incredibly... well, I'm not sure how best to describe it. I'll be shortly uploading several videos to my YouTube channel. Putting the pieces together, it's clear that there's been a killer active right here in the Midlands - and as far as I can tell this has not been picked up by police - perhaps unsurprisingly.

The files I've been sent are all jumbled up in one folder, so give me some time to figure out the exact timeline of everything that's happened so far. In the meantime, I recommend you all start looking for an "Adam Norwich".

Many leads so far, but none leading anywhere. Maybe I was wrong - killers do go on lockdown like everyone else.

4th April 2020

I'm sick to death of all of these celebrity social media videos making such a big deal over having to stay at home. Some of us haven't really noticed a difference. If anything, it's nice to have the excuse not to leave the house.

It feels like the true crime community has either gone quiet in recent weeks, or that people are suddenly focused on other things. I don't know why this might be, especially. Of course, things have just gone into lockdown as ordered by the Cummings-Johnson government, and of course that will have some effect on reports of crime and on arrests. But this seems like the perfect opportunity for a killer to emerge - when policing is down, or resources are being focused elsewhere.
